Dhaka, March 1 -- UCEP Bangladesh and MetLife Foundation have jointly launched a program to train and certify 1,000 caregivers in Bangladesh.
Titled "Aponjon", the program is designed to empower underprivileged youth, women, and persons with disabilities by providing them with professional caregiver training, opening doors to employment opportunities both locally and internationally, according to a media release.
Participants in the 'Aponjon' program will receive professional certification from the National Skills Development Authority (NSDA) under the Government of Bangladesh.
