Shadi-Uz-Zaman received "Global NRB Awards 2025" in the field of "Visionary Leadership in Real Estate & Community Development" from the Honourable Governor of Bangladesh Bank, Dr. Ahsan H. Mansur in the NRB Global Convention, Dhaka 2025 at the Grand Ball Room, Sheraton Dhaka on December 30, 2025.

Foreign Affairs Adviser Md Touhid Hossain inaugurated the conference as the chief guest. NRBs from about 25 countries, including entrepreneurs, doctors, engineers, scientists, university professors, and IT professionals, took part in the NRB Global Convention 2025.
