Dhaka, Feb. 27 -- A moderate earthquake was felt in various parts of the country, including Sylhet early Wednesday.
The earthquake, measuring 5.3 on the Richter scale, was felt at around 2:55 am, as per the local media reports.
According to the United States Geological Survey (USGS), the epicenter of the earthquake was in Bhuragaon, Assam, India, with a depth of 10 kilometres below the surface.
