Dhaka, Sept. 21 -- Jahangirnagar University (JU) authorities strongly condemned recent remarks made by Jamaat-e-Islami leader Amir Hamza regarding the university, describing them as "false, baseless and fabricated."
In a press release issued on Sunday, the JU administration formally protested Hamza's statements, emphasizing that all claims made by him are entirely untrue.
According to the statement, the university became aware of a speech by Hamza in which he made several allegations about JU. The release categorically noted that none of his statements are true.
