Dhaka, July 22 -- The Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) has released a list of casualties from the Bangladesh Air Force fighter jet crash at Milestone School and College in Dhaka's Diabari.
According to the latest update at 12:30pm on Tuesday, the DGHS said the death toll stood at 27. However, the number of people undergoing treatment has dropped to 70, reports bdnews24.com.
Among the injured, 43 are receiving care at the National Institute of Burn and Plastic Surgery, while 23 are being treated at the Combined Military Hospital (CMH). They include 40 students, six teachers, 15 military personnel, a policeman, a Fire Service member, a school staffer, a domestic help, and an electrician. Four others remain unidentified.
