Dhaka, Jan. 23 -- Inspector General of Police (IGP) Baharul Alam on Thursday asked the newly appointed police officers to earn the public's trust by carrying out their duties impartially.
He emphasised that when the police earn the trust of the people, the public will be more inclined to cooperate in maintaining law and order, UNB reports.
The IGP made the comments during the concluding ceremony of the 43rd BCS (Police) batch Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Orientation Course at the Police Headquarters on Thursday.
