Dhaka, April 4 -- A mild to moderate heatwave is sweeping across several districts of Bangladesh, including Dhaka, Tangail, Faridpur, Rajshahi, Pabna, Sirajganj, Dinajpur, Nilphamari, Rangamati, Feni, Laxmipur, Jashore, and Chuadanga, and is expected to persist, according to the Bangladesh Meteorological Department's (BMD) latest weather bulletin on Friday.
Meanwhile, the weather across the country is likely to remain dry, with a temporary partly cloudy sky. No significant rainfall has been forecast, UNB reports.
Both day and night temperatures are expected to remain nearly unchanged across the country, added the bulletin.
