Dhaka, July 29 -- The National Consensus Commission is meeting for its 21st day of the second round of dialogues with political parties in hopes of resolving disagreements on three fundamental issues.
The panel plans to conclude the second phase of the dialogue by July 31 and will send a draft combining the issues agreed upon in the first and second round of dialogue to the parties either on Tuesday or Wednesday, said the commission's Vice Chairman Ali Riaz, bdnews24.com reports.
"We will combine them and reach the July Charter by the day after tomorrow," he said.
Riaz's remarks came at the start of the talks at Dhaka's Foreign Service Academy on Tuesday.
