Dhaka, Feb. 3 -- A court has once again ordered a three-day remand for former Public Administration Minister Farhad Hossain in a case related to an attack on the Anti-Discrimination Student Movement. His brother, Sarfaraz Hossain Mridul, has also been placed on a three-day remand in the same case.
Additionally, the court has granted a two-day remand for the former minister's brother-in-law, Abdus Samad Babul Biswas, who is also the vice-president of the district Awami League.
The order was issued on Monday (February 3) by Senior Judicial Magistrate Begum Sharmin Nahar of Meherpur.
