Dhaka, Aug. 28 -- Eastern Bank has partnered with Shanta Life Insurance to introduce innovative insurance solutions through its banking network.

M. Khorshed Anowar, DMD, Head of Retail and SME Banking and Chief Bancassurance Officer of EBL, and M. Khurshed Kaisar, DMD and Chief Distribution Officer of Shanta Life Insurance signed a MoU to this effect at the bank's head office in Dhaka on August 26, 2025, according to a media release.
