Dhaka, Jan. 28 -- Eastern Bank PLC (EBL) has officially launched a dedicated Trade Hub at the Chattogram Export Processing Zone (CEPZ) to provide specialised trade-related banking services for customers operating within the CEPZ area.

The EBL CEPZ Trade Hub has been specifically designed to expedite import and export-related banking transactions for clients operating in the Chattogram EPZ, ensuring faster processing and more efficient trade services, according to a media release.

The Trade Hub was formally inaugurated by Riad Mahmud Chowdhury, Deputy Managing Director of Eastern Bank.
