Dhaka, Feb. 20 -- A Biman Bangladesh Airlines flight headed to Dubai has been forced to make an emergency landing in India's Nagpur due to a technical glitch.
All of the passengers and crew on board the Boeing aircraft are fine, according to Biman spokesperson Boshra Islam.
Alternative travel arrangements are being made for the 395 passengers on board, according to a Times of India report. The flight also carried 12 crew members.
According to an official statement from Biman, flight BG-347, a Boeing-777 aircraft, departed Dhaka for Dubai at 8:35 pm on Wednesday. Around 10:45pm, while the flight was in mid-air, the captain noticed a technical signal which resulted in the plane landing at India's Nagpur airport.
