Dhaka, Dec. 4 -- The Dhaka University (DU) has decided to reopen its residential halls and resume regular in-person classes from 28 December, following a technical assessment conducted after the recent earthquakes. To minimise the academic gap during the emergency closure, ongoing online classes will continue until 13 December.
The information was shared in a press release, issued by the university's Public Relations Office on Wednesday (3 December). The decision was finalised at a meeting of the Deans' Committee, held in the Vice-Chancellor's (VC) conference room in the morning.
