Dhaka, April 26 -- Rail communication between Dhaka and Mymensingh was restored after more than an hour, following the withdrawal of the blockade by Bangladesh Agricultural University (BAU) students.

The Dhaka-bound Agnibina Express departed for Dhaka at 9:56 pm after the protesting students lifted their blockade on the railway line, UNB reports.

The students blocked the railway track near Jabbar's Mor area of the university around 8:45 pm, expressing solidarity with the hunger-striking students at Dhaka University who are demanding reform of the Public Service Commission (PSC) and punishment for those involved in question leaks.
