Dhaka, Aug. 17 -- Managing Director of Dhaka Bank PLC Sheikh Mohammad Maroof resigned on Sunday.
Talking to the FE, Mr Maroof admitted the development.
"Yes, I resigned on Sunday. There was no issue. I took the decision on personal grounds. I will take some time off," the seasoned banker said.
Mr. Maroof took charge of the bank management following the death of its previous managing director Emranul Huq.
