Bangladesh, Nov. 15 -- The government is organising 'Victory flower making contest' and 'Victory festival' for school students. These programmes have been popular but this year their timing has not been in favour of around 3.7 million students. They are the ones who are sitting for Junior School Certificate (JSC) examinations of class VIII and test examinations held prior to Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examinations. The contest schedule collides with those of the students' examinations, reports a Bangla daily.
