Dhaka, Oct. 19 -- President of the Dhaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI) Taskeen Ahmed today (Sunday) urged the authorities concerned to implement effective measures to improve fire safety and overall security at all levels of Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (HSIA), as well as at other ports.

"I have expressed grave concern over the fire incident that occurred at the Cargo Village of Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport. A high-powered investigating team should determine the reasons behind this catastrophe and present the findings publicly," he said, BSS reports.
