Dhaka, Feb. 19 -- Education Minister ANM Ehsanul Hoque Milon has announced three immediate priorities for the sector: creating conditions to bring students back to classrooms, reviewing the national curriculum and modernising technical education.

He revealed the plans while speaking to reporters at the Secretariat on Thursday after a meeting at the Secondary and Higher Education Division, bdnews24.com reports.

State Minister for Education Bobby Hajjaj was also present.

The minister said the new government has drawn up a 12-point plan for education and will implement it in phases.
