Dhaka, May 28 -- The 6th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Community Bank Bangladesh PLC was held at the Police Headquarters in Dhaka on Wednesday, 28 May 2025.

The meeting was chaired by Mr. Baharul Alam BPM, Inspector General of Police, Bangladesh and Chairman of Community Bank Bangladesh PLC, according to a press release.

During the meeting the Bank's Audited Financial Statements for the year 2024 was adopted by the shareholders and declared cash dividend.
