Dhaka, Oct. 19 -- In a landmark initiative for the country's startup ecosystem, Community Bank Bangladesh PLC has officially launched "Startup Nest", Bangladesh's first bank-led accelerator program designed exclusively for startup companies.

The program was inaugurated during the bank's 6th anniversary celebration at Hotel Intercontinental, Dhaka, in the presence of the bank's Board of Directors, according to a media release.

The inauguration ceremony was graced by Mr. Baharul Alam, BPM, Inspector General of Bangladesh Police and Chairman of Community Bank Bangladesh PLC, who formally launched the program in front of an audience comprising distinguished guests, entrepreneurs, and business leaders.
