Dhaka, March 6 -- Law Adviser Dr Asif Nazrul said the interim government is committed to an impartial and credible investigation into the July-August massacre in Bangladesh and proper judicial processes for redress.
Asif Nazrul made the remarks when he was addressing a session titled 'OHCHR Fact-Finding Report on Human Rights Violations and Abuses Related to the Protests of July and August 2024 in Bangladesh: Charting the Path Forward' as a panelist at the Palais des Nations in Geneva on Wednesday.
The event was organised by the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) as part of the ongoing 58th session of the Human Rights Council (HRC) in Geneva, according to a UNB report.
