Dhaka, March 6 -- Chief Adviser Dr Muhammad Yunus is likely to visit China from March 26 to 28, officials said, adding that the details of the visit are yet to be finalised.

He may start for China in the evening on March 26 after attending the Independence Day programme in the city, sources said.

He will attend the Boao Forum for Asia (BFA) Annual Conference 2025, which will be held from March 25 to 28 in Boao, south China's Hainan Province.

It is learned that the decision to attend the Forum was finalised a couple of days ago, as when China invited the CA to the program several weeks ago, the Bangladesh side did not give any positive response.
