Dhaka, Nov. 14 -- The Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) on November 25 will hold a public hearing to receive opinions, complaints, questions and recommendations from consumers, service providers, professionals and other stakeholders regarding the performance of telecommunication services and the regulatory authority itself.

According to a public notice issued by the BTRC, the hearing will begin at 10:00 am at the BTRC headquarters in the Agargaon Administrative Area, Dhaka, and will be conducted via an online platform.
