Dhaka, Jan. 3 -- BRAC Bank coworkers have concluded a week-long winter clothing drive that collected over 400 essential winter items for hill communities in Bandarban.

The initiative, called "Khushi Chhorai Ushnotay" (Spreading Joy Through Warmth), was conducted in partnership with Jhilimili, a youth volunteer group dedicated to community service. The campaign saw participation from employees across all levels of the organisation, with collection booths set up at the bank's head office, according to a media release.

The coworkers contributed over 270 hoodies, jackets, sweaters, and pants, along with 110 winter garments for children aged 4 to 13. Additionally, they collected 30 shawls, mufflers, gloves, hats, and 28 blankets.
