Dhaka, Feb. 9 -- The government on Sunday formed a committee to scrutinise and submit recommendations on the reports of National Pay Commission, Judicial Service Pay Commission, and Armed Forces Pay Committee.

Headed by Cabinet Division Secretary, the committee also consists of secretaries of Ministry of Public Administration, Ministry of Defence, Finance, Secondary and Higher Education Division, Chief Adviser's Office, Health Services Division, and Law and Justice Division, and Controller General of Accounts.

A gazette notification to this effect was issued on the day.

Without mentioning any specific time frame, the gazette notification said the committee will submit its report to the government in due time.
