Dhaka, March 4 -- Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) today (Tuesday) said they brought back three Bangladeshis who were detained by India's Border Security Force (BSF) two days ago on penetration charges in this northwestern frontier.

BGB's Thakurgaon-based 50 BGB battalion said BSF detained three Bangladeshis who penetrated 150 yards of India territory at the Waligarh near Dabri on March 2, BSS reports.

BGB's battalion commander Lieutenant Colonel Tanzir Ahmed said soon after getting the information, Bangladeshi border guards communicated with the Indian counterparts and held a company commander-level flag meeting the next day, resulting in their return home.
