Dhaka, May 12 -- Bengal Commercial Bank recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bangladesh Bank to implement the 'Skills for Industry Competitiveness and Innovation Program (SICIP)' for the period 2025-2027.

According to a press release, the bank will provide training to the emerging entrepreneurs under this entrepreneurship development programme.

Tarik Morshed, Managing Director and CEO of Bengal Commercial Bank; and Md. Nazrul Islam, Program Director of SICIP-PIU & Additional Director of Bangladesh Bank; signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations at the head office of Bangladesh Bank.

NurunNahar, Deputy Governor of Bangladesh Bank, presided over the ceremony.
