Dhaka, Feb. 4 -- Bangladesh Agricultural University (BAU) and Murdoch University (MU), Australia, have embarked on a joint research project to explore the long-term effects of conservation agriculture in Bangladesh. The study will evaluate the impact of these agricultural practices on soil and water resources.

Prof Dr Mohammad Mofizur Rahman Jahangir of BAU, the Principal Investigator, explained that the research aims to better understand how conservation agriculture affects soil health and water quality. The goal is to develop strategies to expand these sustainable practices.
