Dhaka, Feb. 1 -- A Rome court's Appellate Division has ordered the return of 49 migrants, including Bangladeshis, who had been rescued in international waters while attempting to illegally enter Italy via the Mediterranean.
They had been sent to Albania three days earlier, reports bdnews24.com.
The court directed the migrants' release on Friday, ruling that they should be returned to Italy by Saturday evening.
This marks the third time migrants sent to Albania have been ordered to return to Italy, according to a report by the Italian newspaper La Repubblica.
