Dhaka, Feb. 15 -- M. Azizur Rahman Ripon has been elected as Chairman and Serajul Islam Siraj as executive director of the Forum for Energy Reporters Bangladesh (FERB) on Sunday.

The election was held following the biennial general meeting of the FERB at Bijoy Hall of Bidyut Bhaban in the city.

M Azizur Rahman has been working as the Special Correspondent of The Financial and as a Stringer with S&P Global Energy and Gas Outlook, while Siraj is the Chief Reporter of Barta24.com.

The election was held on Sunday at the Bijoy Hall of Bidyut Bhaban following the general meeting.
