Dhaka, Sept. 18 -- A two-day automobiles and agro-machinery exhibition will kick off on Saturday at the Bangladesh Chamber of Industries (BCI) office in Tejgaon, showcasing automobiles, agro-machinery, and light engineering to boost local manufacturing, reduce import dependence, and create jobs.

The inauguration ceremony of the fair, titled "Automobiles and Agro-machinery Fair 2025 - Road to Made in Bangladesh", will be held on Saturday, (September 20), at 11:00 am, with Adilur Rahman Khan, Adviser to the Ministry of Industries, as chief guest.

The BCI announced the event at a press conference at its Tejgaon office in the capital on Thursday.
