Dhaka, Jan. 28 -- The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has decided to file separate cases against three serving bureaucrats for allegedly securing government jobs by submitting forged certificates to the Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC).
According to ACC, it has approved the initiation of cases under Rule 10(c) of the ACC Rules, 2007, after investigations found that the certificates submitted by the accused were fake.
Legal proceedings will now be initiated against the officials as part of the commission's ongoing drive against corruption and irregularities in public sector recruitment, ACC Director General Akhter Hossain said at a press briefing on Tuesday.
