Dhaka, May 25 -- The 8th meeting of the Union Bank Foundation Committee (1st meeting of the newly formed committee) was held at the bank's head office, Gulshan-1, Dhaka on 25 May, 2025.

Chairman of the Union Bank Foundation Committee Dr Md Shahidul Islam Zahid presided over the meeting, according to a press release.

Member of the Union Bank Foundation Committee Mr Mohammad Saiful Alam, as an observer Chairman of the board of Directors of the bank Mr Md Fariduddin Ahmed, Chairman of the Risk Management Committee Mr Md Humayun Kabir and Member of the Foundation Committee and Managing Director and CEO of the bank Mr Mohd Humayun Kabir were present in the meeting.
