Dhaka, Dec. 9 -- 445th Board meeting of Al-Arafah Islami Bank was held on Tuesday (December 09, 2025) at the Bank's Head Office.

Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors Md. Shahin Ul Islam presided over the meeting, according to a press release.

The overall business performance of the Bank was reviewed and several policy decisions were taken at the meeting.

Directors of the Bank, Md. Abdul Wadud, Dr. Mohammed Abu Eusuf, Mohammad Asraful Hassan FCA, Managing Director (Acting) Mohd. Rafat Ullah Khan, Company Secretary (Acting), Mohammad Moniruzzaman FCA and Senior Executives of the Bank were present at the meeting.
