Dhaka, Feb. 1 -- The 31st Annual Scientific Conference, organized by the Bangladesh Society for Veterinary Education and Research (BSVER), was inaugurated at Bangladesh Agricultural University (BAU).

This year's theme focuses on "Climate Change: Animal Health and Food Safety," addressing the global challenges posed by climate change.

The conference was inaugurated on Saturday, February 1, at 10 AM at the university's Shilpacharya Zainul Abedin Auditorium.

The keynote address was delivered by Professor Dr. Mohammad Shamsuddin, Senior Animal Production and Health Officer at the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations in Ghana.
