Dhaka, Dec. 17 -- 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Central Depository Bangladesh Limited (CDBL) held on Wednesday, (17th December 2025) at DSE Multi-Purpose Hall.

The meeting was presided over by Mr. AKM Habibur Rahman, Director of CDBL, according to a press release.

22 per cent Cash Dividend was approved in the AGM which was attended by mentionable number of shareholders.
