Dhaka, Feb. 17 -- BNP lawmakers elected in the 13th National Parliament polls were sworn in as members of parliament on Tuesday morning, following the party's landslide victory.

The new cabinet members will take oath in the afternoon at the South Plaza of the Jatiya Sangsad Bhaban.

BNP Chairman Tarique Rahman is forming a 49-member cabinet under his leadership, comprising 25 cabinet ministers and 24 state ministers.
