New Delhi, Aug. 22 -- The Madhya Pradesh government has ordered a magisterial inquiry into the deaths of over a dozen cows due to the alleged negligence at the dairy farm of a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader. The dairy farm, situated in Rabadia village under the Bank Note Press police station about 15 km from the Dewas district headquarters, belongs to BJP leader Varun Aggarwal.

Dewas Municipal Corporation on Tuesday and Wednesday visited the dairy farm and found more than a dozen dead cows inside it and near the boundary wall. Several dozen emaciated cows were also found trapped in bog close to the dairy farm.
