Dhaka, Nov. 20 -- U.S. President Donald Trump has announced a partnership with Saudi Arabia's Dar Global to develop a new hotel in the Maldives, using a digital trading model the Trump Organization says will be the "world's first tokenised development."

The project, listed by the Dubai-headquartered, London-listed developer as Trump International Hotel Maldive, will include about 80 beach villas located a 25-minute speedboat ride from the capital, Male, and is scheduled for completion by end-2028.
