Dhaka, Jan. 11 -- The Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) will install state-of-the-art scanning machines at major airports in Pakistan. The move is aimed at strengthening aviation security and improving passenger convenience.
Previously, the PCAA, along with the Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) and the Airports Security Force (ASF), conducted a joint survey to identify the most suitable airports for the new equipment.
Media reports said the installation process is set to begin soon, starting with Karachi Airport, followed by Islamabad and Lahore.
