Riyadh, March 3 -- Jeddah airport has introduced state of the art e-gates to automate check in and departure procedures.

Inaugurated by Deputy Emir of the Makkah Region Prince Saud bin Mishaal, the AI powered system, at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah which includes 70 E-gates improves the airport's efficiency to handle up to 175,000 passengers daily.

The system features 70 e-gates aimed at streamlining travel by automating check-in and departure processes, offering passengers a more seamless and efficient airport experience.
