Abu Dhabi, March 18 -- Etihad Airways, the national carrier of the UAE, announced on Monday (March 17) that it is expanding its operations in Russia with a substantial increase in capacity on its Abu Dhabi-Moscow route.

Starting October 1, Etihad will introduce a third daily flight between Abu Dhabi and Moscow Sheremetyevo Airport (SVO), bringing the total number of weekly flights to 21. The expanded service will be operated using an Airbus A320 aircraft, featuring eight Business Class seats and 150 Economy Class seats.
