Dubai, Jan. 28 -- Emirates has signed a landmark agreement with Dubai Investments Park (DIP) to acquire land for a new purpose-built Cabin Crew Village, marking a multi-billion-dirham investment in the airline's people and future growth.
Designed as a vibrant mixed-use and residential community, the development will accommodate up to 12,000 cabin crew members, setting a new benchmark for crew living standards in the aviation industry.
Construction is scheduled to begin in the second quarter of 2026, with the first phase targeted for completion in 2029.
