Dhaka, May 20 -- Tourism sector insiders at an event on Monday (May 19) reiterated that enhanced tourism partnerships, visa facilitation, and joint tourism initiatives between Bangladesh and China will further strengthen bilateral ties.

The Embassy of China in Bangladesh arranged the event to celebrate the Chinese Tourism Day-25 in collaboration with the Association of Travel Agents of Bangladesh (ATAB), and the University of Dhaka at the Teacher-Student Centre (TSC), University of Dhaka on Monday.

The event was chaired by Li Shaopeng, Cultural Counselor of the Embassy of China in Bangladesh, and Abdus Salam Aref, President of ATAB. Dr. Yang Hui (Director) Confucius Institute, Dhaka University attended as Guest.
