Dhaka, Feb. 16 -- Amari Dhaka has unveiled an exquisite Mughlai-themed Iftar, Suhoor, and dinner spread, complemented by traditional items like Haleem and Jalebi ahead of the holy month of Ramadan. The unveiling took place during a food tasting event on Sunday, February 15 evening, at the hotel's Amaya Food Gallery restaurant.
The evening began with an engaging press meet, attended by a delegation of renowned international chefs, who came from different countries to deliver Mughlai Cuisine's authentic taste and experience. The Mughlai cuisine, which originated during the 16th-century Mughal Empire, blends Central Asian, Persian, and Indian culinary traditions to craft luxurious and aromatic preparations.
