Dhaka, July 8 -- As of mid-December 2025, Middle Eastern low-cost carrier Air Arabia will serve a daily link between Sharjah and Munich.

The new route will enable the German hub to "expand travel options for passengers and further strengthen its role in traffic to and from the Gulf states," revealed Oliver Dersch, Munich Airport's Senior Vice President Aviation.

Munich will be the first destination in Germany to which the Middle Eastern carrier will offer scheduled flights from Sharjah. The service will be operated on an Airbus A320neo.
