Speculation over a possible political realignment between Uddhav Thackeray's Shiv Sena (UBT) and Raj Thackeray's Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) is growing even though, as perRajya Sabha MP Sanjay Raut, there is no formal tie-up yet.
