President Droupadi Murmu has accepted the resignation of Jagdeep Dhankhar as the Vice President of India. Following the President's approval, the Ministry of Home Affairs officially notified his resignation from the post.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi wished Dhankhar good health.
The Prime Minister posted on X: "Shri Jagdeep Dhankhar Ji has got many opportunities to serve our country in various capacities, including as the Vice President of India. Wishing him good health."
