New Delhi, Feb. 11 -- Srinagar: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will flag off the Vande Bharat Express to Kashmir on February 17, marking a major milestone in the completion of the Udhampur-Srinagar-Baramulla Rail Link (USBRL) project.
An official confirmed that the Prime Minister will inaugurate the specially designed train from the Jammu division, fulfilling a long-awaited dream of rail connectivity to the Valley.
