An Indian Army soldier was killed and two others injured during a gunfight with terrorists in the Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday. The operation is still on.
The encounter broke out in the Singhpura locality near Chatroo after security forces launched a cordon-and-search operation based on intelligence inputs about the presence of around five terrorists in the area.
